About us.

We bring an ethical approach built on empathy.

We’ve witnessed the stress and anxiety financial difficulty brings to everyone involved, both through their professional and personal lives.

We’ve also seen how this can be exacerbated when situations drag on for months, or even years, leaving people unable to move on and move forward.

That’s why we made a decision to put the personal experience at the centre of our Practice, providing certainty wherever we could.

So while we deliver exceptional professional advice and services, we set ourselves apart by never taking our eyes off the people receiving it, going above and beyond to make the process as respectful as possible.

We don’t aim to be the biggest, but we do aim to be the most ethical and the most empathetic.

If that sounds like the approach you would prefer, we’re ready to help you whenever you need us.

What we do.

We’ll find the best option for your solution

We offer a broad range of services depending on your unique situation. Whatever you are facing, we can help find the best approach for you.

Section 461(k) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) is a discretionary power of the court to order the winding up of a company if it is “just and equitable” to do so. This power is often used in cases where there is no other statutory ground for winding up, but where the company is in a position where it cannot continue to operate effectively or fairly.
